We’re in a war right now, a war for the mind. A war for a future that feels like it’s being stolen from us more and more every day. A war for our attention, our privacy and our creativity. There were times over the past year when this became all I could think about. My anxiety about the world and my future had never been so paralyzing. I didn’t know how to approach art in this new age of engagement bait and slop, but I knew I was never going to change who I was to fit into a curated box. I make art, not content. Mostly out of desperation, I forged this piece of resistance. Words I can paint the walls with. This is me, the good and the bad grafted together in these ten songs. No features, no AI. All songs are written, recorded and mixed by me, artwork by me, everything. It’s my stamp, my battlefield cross, my flag on the moon, my WARTIME GRAFFITI. Go make yours.
